Har saal 21 June ko poori duniya International Day of Yoga manati hai. Yoga Bharat ki prachin parampara ka ek anmol uphaar hai jo sharir, man aur aatma ke beech santulan sthapit karta hai. United Nations ne 2014 mein 21 June ko International Day of Yoga ke roop mein manane ki ghoshna ki thi, aur tab se yeh din vishva bhar mein swasthya aur wellness ka prateek ban chuka hai.
2026 mein International Yoga Day ki theme "Yoga for Healthy Ageing" rakhi gayi hai, jo yoga ke madhyam se lambi aur swasth zindagi jeene ke mahatva ko darshati hai.
Yoga Aur Sugandh Ka Gahra Rishta
Yoga sirf sharirik vyayam nahi hai, balki ek aisi jeevan shaili hai jo man ko shaant aur sakaratmak banati hai. Jab yoga aur dhyan ke dauran sugandhit vatavaran ka saath milta hai, tab anubhav aur bhi adhik divya ho jata hai.
Isi liye bahut se yoga practitioners apne meditation aur pranayama sessions ke dauran agarbathi ka upyog karte hain. Ek pavitra sugandh man ko ekagrata pradan karti hai aur aas-paas ke vatavaran ko shuddh banane mein madad karti hai.
